Authors are invited to submit 2-page abstracts that align with one of the ASPE 2026 technical sessions listed below. Example abstracts here.

Submission Details

• 2-Page Abstract Deadline: May 17, 2026
• LaTeX   |   MS Word   templates
• Submission portal (first-timers will need to create an account)

All short abstracts will be reviewed by the ASPE Technical Program Committee. Based on this review, selected authors will be invited to submit a 4–6 page extended abstract for publication in the ASPE 2026 Annual Meeting Proceedings and offered either Oral or Poster presentations. 2-page abstracts themselves are not published.
