Event Safety and Health Measures

In an effort to make everyone feel comfortable about attending our first in-person event since the outbreak of COVID-19, we are making your safety and health a top priority.

Our decisions and preventive measures will be guided by the requirements and recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and federal, state, and local health authorities. We are working with the hotel to implement preventative measures to reduce the potential spread of the COVID-19 virus at the 36th Annual Meeting.

Because of uncertainty related to conferences and travel, ASPE is offering a relaxed refund policy this year. Anyone who has registered for in-person attendance and is unable to attend or travel can convert to remote attendee registration and receive a refund for the difference until October 1, 2021. If changes to the meeting are necessitated by any local, state, or federal restrictions, ASPE will work with registered attendees to either offer a refund or credit to a future event.
