REGISTRATION POLICY: ASPE policy requires that all attendees including members, nonmembers, authors, invited speakers, and session chairpersons pay the appropriate registration fees. Conference registration includes technical oral and poster sessions, exhibition access, refreshment breaks and hospitality hour, conference lunches, opening reception and the Wednesday dinner at the Museum of Flight. In addition, all participants will receive an electronic copy of the Conference Proceedings.
ASPE REFUND POLICY: Conference fee is refundable (less a $10% handling fee) only when registration is cancelled in writing and received at ASPE headquarters before or on October 1, 2022. The same dates apply to Tutorials, with a 10% handling fee per tutorial. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2022.
PAYMENT: Both U.S. and international participants may pay by credit card or check. Otherwise, international payments must be made in U.S. dollars, by draft on a U.S. bank, or international money order. If your payment is made by transfer from a foreign bank, please include a copy of the transfer order.
