REGISTRATION POLICY: ASPE policy requires that all attendees including members, nonmembers, authors, invited speakers, and session chairpersons pay the appropriate registration fees. In-Person conference registration includes the keynote address, plenary talk, lightning slide sessions, technical sessions, lunch on Friday and the tours on Thursday. The networking dinner is a separate fee. In addition, participants will receive an 8GB flash drive with a USB Type-A and USB-C Connector that contains the Conference Proceedings (submitted extended abstracts and lightning slides).
ASPE REFUND POLICY: Conference fee is refundable (less a 10% handling fee) only when registration is cancelled in writing and received at ASPE headquarters before or on April 12, 2023. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER APRIL 12, 2023.
PAYMENT: Both U.S. and international participants may pay by credit card or check. Otherwise, international payments must be made in U.S. dollars, by draft on a U.S. bank, or international money order. If your payment is made by transfer from a foreign bank, please include a copy of the transfer order.
