Conference Registration

Registration is Closed. Thank you for your interest in the attending the Precision Bearings and Spindles Meeting in Charlotte. At this time ASPE is not accepting any more registrations as we are at full capacity.

Registration is limited to 50 participants.

*REGISTRATION POLICY:  ASPE policy requires that all attendees including members, nonmembers, authors, invited speakers, and session chairpersons pay the appropriate registration fees.  Conference registration includes technical oral sessions, tutorial, commercial sessions, conference lunches, continental breakfasts and a reception. In addition participants will receive an 8GB flash drive that contains the Conference Proceedings.

ASPE REFUND POLICY:  Conference fee is refundable (less a 10% handling fee) only when registration is cancelled in writing and received at ASPE headquarters before or on July 1, 2023.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER JULY 1, 2023.

PAYMENT: Both U.S. and international participants may pay by credit card or check.  Otherwise, international check payments must be made in U.S. dollars, by draft on a U.S. bank, or international money order.  If your payment is made by transfer from a foreign bank, please include a copy of the transfer order.
