SPONSOR TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all sponsors/exhibitors participating in the ASPE 2021 Annual Conference which is put on by the American Society for Precision Engineering (ASPE).
1. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. The sponsor/exhibitor logo will then be included in promotional materials and is eligible for other promotional opportunities as an exhibitor or sponsor. Promotion of the sponsors and exhibitors in advance of the Annual Conference is seen as a valuable component of participating in the event.
All exhibitor registrations must be received by October 1, 2021. Payment must be received with application in order to reserve space.
2. Cancellations
Cancellation of any exhibit space after September 15, 2021 will result in a cancellation penalty of 50% to be retained by ASPE for administrative costs. There will be absolutely no refunds after October 1, 2021.
