Extended Abstract Submission
Extended abstracts are included as part of the conference proceedings published the week of the conference when they are made available to all attendees.
One of the important commitments of the Meeting is that authors provide an extended abstract of four (4) to six (6) pages for inclusion in the conference Proceedings no later than Friday, August 12, 2022. Please contact ASPE at firstname.lastname@example.org if you cannot meet this deadline. Be sure to take into account your organization’s internal approval procedures when submitting your extended abstract. You can find the abstract template along with other information on how to prepare and submit your extended abstract below.
Please submit your abstract as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file.
- Before submitting your PDF abstract (maximum six pages), ensure that all symbols were converted appropriately from your word processing software into the PDF file.
- Before submitting your PDF abstract ensure that the PDF file contains all the required formatting outlined in this template. Please do not include page numbers, headers, footers or footnotes.
It is very important that you not send abstracts that are password protected or otherwise secured. ASPE must have access to the abstract to be able to include it in the Proceedings.
EXTENDED ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Extended abstracts are due Friday, August 12, 2022 (contact ASPE at email@example.com if you cannot meet this deadline) and must be submitted in PDF format to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you prefer to share a link to your extended abstract, please send the link to the the same e-mail address. Please include your Abstract ID number in the name of your PDF file and in the subject of the e-mail. The abstract ID number was noted in the author’s acceptance e-mail.
