Muscle strengthening activities include lifting weights, using resistance bands and doing push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups and some types of yoga. Even everyday activities such as carrying groceries, playing with your kids and gardening can strengthen muscles.
Lift Weights, Get into some serious strength training, dude. Focus on exercises that work multiple muscles at once, like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, rows, and overhead presses. These are the big guns for muscle growth.
Go Hard or Go Home: Keep pushing yourself, man. You gotta gradually increase the intensity of your workouts. Add more weight, crank out more reps, or cut down on rest time between sets. Your muscles need a challenge to grow, so make them work!
