Online registration is preferred, however, you can download a registration form and fax it to ASPE if you prefer.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Accommodations are NOT included in the registration fee. ASPE has not reserved a block of rooms, so please locate accommodations on your own.

REFUND POLICY
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by ASPE in writing on or before 15 January 2018 for refund of registration fees, less 10% administration fee. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 15 January 2018.

INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEES
For international attendees, consult the US State Department’s Visitor Visa Website for information on how to obtain a U.S. Visa. Check to see if your country of citizenship participates in the Visa Waiver Program.

LETTER OF INVITATION
If the letter you received accepting your paper is not sufficient to obtain a visa, then upon request, a letter of invitation will be provided to participate in the conference. The purpose of the letter is to assist participants in obtaining the appropriate visa and does not imply any financial support from the organizers.

REGISTRATION POLICY
Conference Management requires that all attendees including members, nonmembers, authors, invited speakers, and session chairpersons pay the appropriate registration fees. Registration includes attendance at technical and poster sessions, meals, breaks and the technical tour. In addition, all participants will receive copy of the conference Proceedings.

PAYMENT
Participants may pay by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover). Special arrangements may be made if paying by check. Payments must be made in U.S. dollars, by draft on a U.S. bank, or international money order. If your payment is made by transfer from a foreign bank, please include a copy of the transfer order.

When completing the contact information on the first page of the on-line registration, please include attendee’s contact information as it should appear in the Attendee’s List distributed at the Meeting.
