Student Scholarships

Part of the objective of the Society is to advance the arts, sciences, and technology of precision engineering, to promote its dissemination through education and training and to promote its use by science and industry. To this end, ASPE established a Student Scholarship Fund in the 1990s to give an opportunity for future precision engineers, students, to attend the ASPE Annual Meeting by defraying some of the costs associated with travel to the conference.

The R. V. Jones Scholarship is valued at $2,000. and supports the student winner in the form of waived conference and tutorial fees and a stipend to cover the travel costs to the ASPE Annual Meeting. The R.V. Jones Scholarship is made possible through the generous support of many ASPE Corporate and Individual Members who have donated to the ASPE Scholarship Fund. Biography
