2026 Keynote Address

Andrew R. Lobo — President of Snap-on Industrial

Andrew R. (Andy) Lobo has served as President of the Snap-on Industrial group since February 2023 – a wholly owned subsidiary of Snap-on Incorporated. He and his team design, manufacture, market, and distribute customized maintenance, repair and production solutions for customers in critical industries such as aviation and aerospace, power generation, oil and gas, mining, heavy-duty, railroad, manufacturing, and the military.

Andy served our country as an aircraft maintenance officer in the United States Air Force and comes from a family of military aircraft mechanics. He received a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. Andy holds multiple US patents in the areas of torque measurement and optical- and radio frequency identification (RFID)-based asset management systems.

Andy joined Snap-on in 2002 as an Associate Product Manager, and has held positions of increasing responsibility in areas of engineering, manufacturing, marketing and sales. Prior to his latest role, Andy served as Managing Director of Norbar – a recently acquired torque wrench and calibration system manufacturer based in Banbury, UK. Andy and his family relocated and lived in the UK during the assignment.
