Instructions for Short Abstract Submission
Short abstracts should be 200-300 words in length. Short abstracts should be submitted using this template AND then converted to a PDF. Up to one figure may be included at the author’s discretion.
Instructions for Full Paper Preparation and Submission
Full papers (sometimes known as ‘extended abstracts’ at past meetings) of approximately 2-4 pages are required for all accepted abstracts. Submissions should use either the provided templates below AND then convert to a PDF for submission.
Instructions for Oral Presentations
Oral presentations of submitted papers will be 20 minutes long, including Q&A. Speakers should leave ample time for audience questions. Presenters should prepare .pptx files that use a wide aspect ratio (16:9). Presentation files must be submitted to the meeting organizers virtually (a link will be provided) no later than 5:00 pm the day before presentations are scheduled. A complete schedule of sessions and presentations will be posted by the end of May.
Instructions for Poster Presentations
Posters should be 36 inches in height by 48 inches in width and printed on normal poster paper. Additionally, poster presenters should prepare a 5 minute or less ‘quick-fire’ presentation that uses 5 or fewer individual slides. Presenters will be asked to present their quick-fire presentation in advance of the first poster viewing session. Poster viewing will take place during breaks and dedicated times throughout the meeting.
