1. How many hours each student from a team likely to spend on the project before the conference?

• 20 to 40 hours based on the skillset required.

2. What are the background skills needed?

• LabView Programming, wiring, data analysis, flexure design, apparatus fabrication, and team collaboration.

3. What is the required level of education in order to attend?

• Currently registered graduate and undergraduate students in STEM field.

4. What is the size of a team?

• Minimum of 3. Maximum of 5. We can solicit collaboration of teams from different institutes if less than three members want to participate.

5. How many members from a team should be present in-person at the conference?

• Minimum of 3 team members.

6. Who can be a team advisor?

• A faculty member from their institutes. Failing that, the organizing committee can arrange for one.
