  • INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEES
    For international attendees, consult the US State Department’s Visitor Visa Website for information on how to obtain a U.S. Visa.
  • REGISTRATION POLICY
    ASPE requires that all attendees including members, nonmembers, authors, speakers, and session chairpersons pay the appropriate registration fees. Full Conference and Student Registration includes technical sessions, poster sessions, refreshment breaks, lunches, welcome reception, closing reception and conference dinner. In addition, all participants will receive a printed version of the Conference Proceedings. Electronic copies will also be available.
  • REFUND POLICY
    Conference fee is refundable (less a 10% handling fee) only when registration is cancelled in writing and received at ASPE headquarters before or on Sunday, July 8, 2018. The same refund date applies to tutorials, with a 10% handling fee per tutorial. Refunds will NOT be issued after Sunday, July 8, 2018.
  • PAYMENT
    Both U.S. and overseas participants may pay by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover) or check. Otherwise, overseas payments must be made in U.S. dollars, by draft on a U.S. bank, or international money order. If your payment is made by transfer from a foreign bank, please include a copy of the transfer order.
  • ATTENDEE INFORMATION
    When completing the contact information on the first page, please include attendee’s contact information as it should appear in the Attendee’s List distributed at the Meeting. ***IMPORTANT – YOU WILL NEED TO INCLUDE BOTH YOUR CITIZENSHIP AND YOUR BIRTH COUNTRY ON THE ATTENDEE INFORMATION PAGE.  SEE CHECKLIST SAMPLE TO SEE HOW TO DO THIS.***
