Extended Abstract Submission

Main Point
The PDF-formatted 4-6 page extended abstract should be e-mailed to executive@aspe.net no later than October 4, 2024.

Instructions for Submitting the Extended Abstract
The submitted short abstracts are intended for committee review and not publicly available (released). Extended abstracts (4-6 pages) are included as part of the Conference Proceedings published the week of the conference when they are made available to all attendees.

One of the important commitments of the Meeting is that authors provide an extended abstract 4-6 pages for inclusion in the conference Proceedings. This extended abstract is due to ASPE no later than October 4, 2024. Please contact ASPE at wshearon@aspe.net if you cannot meet this deadline.

Be sure to take into account your organization’s internal approval procedures when preparing your abstract.

You can find the abstract template along with other information on how to prepare and submit your extended abstract below.

Before submitting your abstract as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file, ensure that

  • all symbols were converted appropriately from your word processing software into the PDF file.
  • the PDF file contains all the required formatting outlined in the template.
  • you have NOT included page numbers, headers, footers or footnotes.
  • you have NOT password protected or secured your PDF File. ASPE must have access to the abstract to be able to include it in the Proceedings.

Send your PDF formatted 4-6 page extended abstract to the following e-mail address:

executive@aspe.net.

If you prefer to share a link to your extended abstract, please send the link to the the same e-mail address. Please include your Abstract ID number in the name of your PDF file and in the subject of the e-mail. The abstract ID number was noted in the author’s acceptance e-mail.
